We’ve made a few changes and upgraded the J-cut to have chimney vent and sliding air intake vent for full smoking and cooking control. We’ve also switched to a 25mm square tubing on a fixed stand as we think it looks a bit sleeker and more modern than the folding X stand (which is still available). It seems illogical to have a folding stand if the bbq just sits in the garden at home or in a commercial kitchen. The slighter thinner side shelf also completes these aesthetic upgrades. We feel that these changes still offer value for money, look the bees knees and are supremely functional. The bbq drum also fits inside the stand- on top or inside for storage and transportation- protecting from damage and saving space
