The Original Jerk grills are heavy duty and laser cut from 6mm mild steel. The heaviness means that they really soak up the heat from the fire so when you cook on them heat is radiating from the metal straight into the food, giving some nice fat lines and griddle marks. The ratio of gaps to metal is equal which we have found to be the right combination for flavour and speed of cooking. We can customise the grills and incorporate designs and logos into them
