We mirror polished the entire stainless steel BBQ built from 304 grade SS. We added 2 chimneys with vents and built some heavy duty fire grates and some sliders in a heavy fire proof frame. Heat tends to warp metal so in the fire to make sure it doesn’t warp we make the fire baskets very heavy.
