
White Men Can’t Jerk or “WMCJ” scooped up regional restaurant of the year London and the south east…. They’ve been cooking their Jerk on our BBQs for a few years and it wasn’t on an oil drum. We designed and built for them a bbq that’s able to be used all day everyday, it’s big, it’s heavy and highly efficient with lots of temperature control. This BBQ design is so nice to use, and it’s high quality. It’s tried and tested in a commercial kitchen for over 3 years and it passed with flying colours. Cooking over 1 metric tonne of chicken a week on our custom built massive BBQs.
